1. Operator and scope

These Terms cover untild.app, its rulebook and browser calculators, operated by Palara LLC. They describe the conditions for using this website. If you do not agree to them, do not use the website. The Untild iPhone app, Apple services and third-party websites have separate terms. Our contact details appear below.

2. Information and calculations

The website provides general information and tools for recording dates. It does not provide individual legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and using it does not create an adviser-client relationship. A day count is only one part of a rule. Domicile, homes, work, nationality, immigration permission, exceptions, treaties and other facts may change the outcome.

Results depend on the dates and conditions you enter and each tool's stated assumptions. Missing records, incorrect entries, changes in law or a tool's limitations can affect a result. A reminder date or remaining-day figure is not official permission to travel, stay, file a return or claim residence or citizenship. Verify the current official requirements and obtain appropriately qualified advice before making a decision.

3. Sources, updates and translations

We link to official sources and show source-review dates where available. A review date is not a guarantee that the law or every condition is unchanged. Translations are provided for accessibility and may contain errors. The current authoritative rule and your actual permission take priority over any summary, translation or calculator result. 4. Access, price and the iPhone app

The browser rulebook and calculators are currently free and do not require an account. No app purchase is needed to use them. The iPhone app may offer separate paid features or subscriptions under its App Store listing, app terms and Apple's terms. Website use does not buy or change an app subscription.

We may update, replace, restrict or remove website content and tools, or interrupt access for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or ongoing support for a particular tool. Any change remains subject to rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or use abusive automated traffic. Ordinary sharing of links and lawful search-engine indexing are permitted. Respect any applicable third-party licences and intellectual-property rights.

You are responsible for your own entries, browser and device. Keep sensitive information out of URLs and support messages unless needed. Do not describe a calculator result as an official certificate, ruling or approval from a government authority.

6. Content and intellectual property

Palara or its licensors own the Untild branding and original website material, except for third-party, public-domain or separately licensed material. You may read the pages, share links and use the tools for your own personal or business planning. Other reuse is subject to applicable law, permission and any stated licence. These Terms do not give Palara ownership of official laws or your own information. Artwork licences are listed on the Credits page.

7. Privacy and external links

The website Privacy Policy explains local calculator processing, Cloudflare hosting and analytics, email correspondence and your privacy choices. External links are provided for convenience and reference. We do not control third-party availability, content or practices; a link does not create an affiliation with or endorsement by an authority.

8. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided as available, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that a result will be accepted by a government, tax authority or other organisation.

To the extent permitted by law, Palara is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, including decisions based on incomplete or incorrect entries or failure to verify official requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These protections prevail over any inconsistent wording above.

9. Applicable law and questions

Delaware law applies to these Terms except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be displaced. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law remain unaffected. 10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for changes to the website or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the version. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. An update does not remove rights or remedies that arose before it took effect.
